Beginner Salsa
Beginner salsa students are introduced to the fundamentals of salsa, including leading, following, turning, footwork, and basic patterns, and the importance of timing.
Beginner Salsa II
Beginning Salsa II is for those students who have been taking beginning salsa lesson. Students are required to know right turn, left turn, cross-body lead, forward and back basic, side basics. Students in this class will learn turn patterns and technique to prepare them for the intermediate level classes. If you are unsure if this class is for you please don’t hesitate to ask the instructor.

licensed distributor of Ballroom Dance Teachers College in the area.
Ballroom Dance Teachers College In a Box is a revolutionary model for
professional dance teacher training, since it is the first and only
formal training model for prospective dance teachers.
The Ballroom Dance Teachers College curriculum is well-organized and
meticulous, including innovative exercises for new teachers, a
supportive group environment, and periodic examinations that prepare
students for their DVIDA certifications. Over the 16-month course,
students will learn the leader's and follower's parts, as well as the
technical, musical, and partnership elements of the DVIDA Bronze
American Syllabus figures in seventeen dances (Smooth, Rhythm and
Club). No experience is required – the only prerequisite is a desire to
dance! Graduates of the program will be immediately ready to teach!
American Rhythm classes will be held at ADI every Monday and Wednesday night from
8:00pm-10:00pm. The winter quarter will begin January 7, 2008.

Intermediate Salsa
Intermediate/Advanced students develop their technique with advanced combinations, footwork, spins, weight shifting and body movement.
